Our Village is undergoing an exciting redevelopment, and we expect to have Stage 1 completed during 2026. The redevelopment will allow us to provide genuinely affordable modular housing to the over 50’s by adopting the concept of land lease living.
We will continue to offer rental accommodation to the over fifties but will also offer affordable brand-new modular homes for sale to those seeking the peace of mind and security of living in a friendly and welcoming gated community.

Location
The Village of Oakdale is located about 30 minutes west of Campbelltown and 20 minutes from Camden on the south western outskirts of the Sydney metropolitan area. Oakdale is a tranquil and peaceful Village in a semi rural area with a population of around 1000 people. Oakdale Residential Village is located at 1458 Burragorang Road Oakdale and is about a 5 minute walk to the shops and facilities of the Village.
