Land Lease community living continues to grow in popularity for a number of reasons — one of the key advantages being the ability to lease the land your home sits on, rather than purchasing it outright which is a very expensive component of any real estate purchase.

Oakdale Residential Village is continuing its development as a thriving land lease community, with sites currently available for the installation of manufactured homes. These homes — sometimes referred to as modular homes — are constructed off-site and delivered in either a single module or multiple modules, then carefully installed and completed on site.

Many people are either unfamiliar with the concept of manufactured homes or mistakenly believe they are inferior to traditional brick-on-slab construction. Usually however, everyone provided with the opportunity to inspect a completed and installed manufactured home, are pleasantly surprised with the design, quality and overall appearance of the final product. 

Manufactured homes come together in a factory environment where the process is under constant supervision, which ensures the home is manufactured to the highest standard and finish. 

With much of the construction completed in a controlled factory environment, there are minimal delays caused by bad weather. This allows for a far more efficient build schedule, with most homes typically completed within 14–16 weeks from commencement to installation onsite.

Our manufactured home supplier is Hi-Tech Modular Homes, conveniently located nearby in Bringelly. Hi-Tech has a 30 year plus history of designing, manufacturing and installing manufactured homes, not only for residential villages and caravan parks but for the wider community.

• Fully painted external cladding of either Weathertex sustainable timber or hardiplank.

• Insulation to walls and ceiling.

• Built in robes to bedrooms.
• Tiled and fully finished bathroom with all tapware etc installed.
• Fully finished kitchen with stove, oven etc.
• Floor and window coverings.
• Connections to all services.
• Carport and slab.
